We place our orders and within hours receive a message back confirming inventory is good and offering comments as to what to expect, if any exceptions. My orders arrive next scheduled delivery – never a problem. I can plan accordingly. We order chops and this is great – prices are fair, and packaging is very good with labels clearly showing item numbers and sizes. A comment also to bundles of matboards.
